With the process flow, from the point of recording of the expense voucher, until it is duly settled the system is well integrated until the necessary approvals are received and only then does the system permits the voucher to be printed.

Selection of account numbers can be through an import facility where you will want to import the codes of expenses with the expenditure code of the department (Cost Centre).

Since this is a process prior to booking of an entry to a business accounting software application, this is an essential record maintaining system for all business organizations.

The application is designed using Open Source (Nucleus T&M is grateful for this society software namely the Apache Server used to run this application)
