This application runs on an ‘open source’ database and does not require large resources.

The Enterprise Version arrives for multiple business locations where information is integrated to a central server. We have the optional facility of upgrading the database to SQL/Oracle & other high end database engines.

Time & Attendance
 

This product seamlessly links to any existing time recorder, and captures real-time attendance records.
It has the ability of tracking guests or customers time of arrival and departure in order to identify the productive time spent by guest relations (customer care) staff or any other division that needs attention.

The system arrives with flexible fields to indicate the attendance types.  These types are interfaced to the attendance reporting system for filtering and to produce advance warning for managerial decision making.

Lenvica System is a global product, has the ability of working in languages supported by standard characters.  It already has the Arabic version and is ideal for any organization dealing with people.

It should not be taken as a product ready only to support Time & Attendance & leading to a Payroll.

It can be used to identify frequent visitors and give them special care by a ‘class’ classification.

Lenvica Platinum System is linked to the Time and Attendance and interfaces to produce the payroll of the staff members.

The system automatically picks per your group settings the variables, deductions can either be imported and government tax tables linked per the organization’s policies.

The “Label” is the identification for all “Additions i.e. due to the employee”; and also negative ‘Label” picks the deductions by ranges.

Retaining processed and subsequently reprocessing for selected employees is built in.
